Happy Father's Day!

We hope Grant had a great Father's Day. We grilled some Iowa steaks and went strawberry picking. Had a great day outside. Thanks for being a great Daddy to our 3 kiddos. We all love you! Thanks for keeping Mommy sane. :) 

It's a Boy!!!!!!!!

 Garrett Michael was born Monday May 20 at 11:50am. He weighed 8lbs 8oz and was 20.5 inches long. His 2 big sisters are so excited. Sorry this pics are not in any particular order, but are of the last few days in the hospital. We got home yesterday and are doing well. Had our pedi MD visit today and he's already gaining weight. WAHOO!! The pic above is the girls meeting him for the first time.

 Aunt Rachel and Grandma came and helped with the girls while we were in the hospital. The girls are loving all the attention.

 He loves to cuddle! I'm loving it.

 I have to say everyone in the OR was very excited when Grant announced it was a boy. Working in the OR as a nurse, I know it's not normally loud in there but after Grant said it was a boy everyone was very excited!!

Happy May Day!

Can't believe it is May 1st. Scheduled C/S in less than 3 weeks!! The weather has been beautiful lately which means we spend most of the days outside, which means I'm getting nothing done in the house. Oh well. We just got a new camera for when the new baby arrives so we had to take a few random shots of the girls. New camera=way better pictures!!

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone! We celebrated with dying eggs and an Easter egg hunt outside (which we did twice because they had so much fun finding them) and then spent the majority of the day outside enjoying the beautiful weather.

9 weeks left until baby!!

I really can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going. Less than 10 weeks and we will be a family of 5!!

Hope everyone is doing well.  Sorry we haven't posted for a while.  To celebrate St Patrick's Day this weekend we created some fun and colorful cookies.  Who knew cookies could look so good!

Our snow is melting

Today we have had such nice weather (in the 50s) that most of this snow is melting. The girls were disappointed that there snowman family is no longer there. Although they were very happy to be able to ride their scooters today. Hope everyone's winter has been as nice as ours so far.
