We have Snow!!

Shannon and Tom are here and went skiing yesterday with Grant. With it being in the 40s this morning, Shannon and Lily went outside to build some snowmen. Lily loved the snow and had a great time!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas from New Hampshire! This is our backyard...with not much snow. Lily is very disappointed that she can't go sledding, but I'm thinking in the next couple days that will change. Thank you everyone for the gifts that you shipped to us for xmas. Lily had so much fun opening all her gifts and was so excited for all of them. Her favorite...a pair of pink gloves (guess she doesn't need much). I got another xmas present today and didn't have to work. Low census, guess no one wants to have a baby on xmas, so I got to spend the day with my 3 favorite people!

We're rolling!!!

Tonight while we were eating dinner we laid Alaina beside us on her back and Lily says, "Alaina rolled over." Sure enough she did and the only person to see it was Lily. :) She's done it a couple more times since then so I guess it wasn't just a 1 time thing. Pretty sure Lily didn't start rolling until 4 1/2 months. Guess the 2nd one moves faster to catch up. :)

Rachel missed her flight!

But it was ok because she got to stay an extra night with us. Yesterday afternoon we headed into Boston to take Rachel to the airport, our 1 hr trip turned into 3 hrs b/c traffic was so bad and she missed her flight. Luckily she got on a 6am flight today out of MAnchester (even better) and made that without a problem. Lily already misses her as she woke up this morning asking "where Rachel go?" Thanks for coming to visit, we had a great time!!

Visit with Friends

Yesterday the Lopez family came up for a visit. We hadn't seen them in a long time and they wanted to see Alaina. Ricky and Lily had lots of fun playing together once Lily got over the fact that she had to share her toys. The 2nd pic is of them when they were just babies...my how they have grown! They are only a few weeks apart (lily being older).

Last weekend we put up the xmas tree and made sugar cookies. Lily loves to help bake...especially when she gets to shake on the sugar. :)
